Yes. We ship to every ZIP code in greater Los Angeles (DTLA, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City,
Pasadena, Burbank, Long Beach), Orange County (Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Tustin),
and San Diego (downtown SD, La Jolla, Carlsbad, Del Mar, Sorrento Valley, Torrey Pines). Most SoCal
addresses receive orders within 1–3 business days via standard ground from our US warehouse.
What’s your minimum order?
Our bulk pricing kicks in at 10 units, but there’s no hard minimum — you can order any
quantity through our standard store. A 10% discount applies automatically on 10+ unit orders, 15% at 25+, and custom pricing at 100+ units. Contact us for your bulk order code.
Can you custom-brand the packaging?
We do not currently offer printed logos or custom-branded boxes. What we do offer is premium kraft
paper with a ribbon gift-wrap add-on — often a better fit for the "premium, not promotional"
use case. If you need logo-printed packaging for a major event, let us know in the form and we’ll
refer you to a partner.
How fast can you ship bulk orders?
Orders of 10–24 units ship same-day when placed before 2pm PT, Monday through Friday. Orders of
25+ units ship within 1 business day. For multi-address CSV orders, add one extra business day to
parse and label. Rush options are available — mention your deadline in the inquiry form.
Do you handle multi-address delivery for remote team members?
Yes — for orders of 25+ units, we accept a CSV upload with recipient names, addresses, and
optional handwritten-note personalizations. Common use case: sending gifts to the home addresses
of a hybrid SoCal team with staff scattered across LA, OC, and SD. Email or reply to your quote to
attach the CSV.
